Check-in from 7:15–8:00 am, please arrive
early and bring your confirmation card. Each
seminar runs from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Speakers will vary at each site, but program
content is basically the same. Lunch is
provided on site and is included in the fee.
Pre-Registration Fee – $115 per person
Early registration fee is $115 per person, which includes coffee break in the
morning and afternoon and a catered lunch. Registration must be received or
postmarked by October 23, 2009.
Late fee of $135 will be assessed after Oct. 30th and for walk-in registrations.
A confirmation card will be mailed to each participant. For corporate registrations,
confirmation cards will be sent to the billing address.
Pesticide Licensing Credits
The State of Oregon has approved 8 Oregon Pesticide Re-Licensing
Credits (4 core/4 other) and the Idaho Department of Agriculture has
approved 8 Recertification Credits.
Applications for credits are pending with Washington, California
and the
Certified Crop Advisor Program.
Full credit is only granted to those individuals who arrive on time, attend
all presentations and sign the necessary forms before leaving the seminar site.
Cancellation Policy
Requests to cancel and receive a refund, less a $30 cancellation fee, will be accepted
until October 26 2009. After that date, fees will not be refunded, but may be applied
to OACFA membership dues or to a credit slip for the next Safety Seminar.
No refunds or credit slips will be granted after the seminar dates.
Participants may not attend as a substitute for another registered individual
without prior approval.
